RUBBER INDUSTRY

1.- ACCELERATORS. Versatile and fast accelerators used alone or in conjunction with other accelerators, giving a very broad plateau, good aging and heavy dynamic stresses resistance.

2.- RETARDERS. Improve the safety of compounds undergoing processing and prolong the flow times at curing temperatures.

3.- ANTIOXIDANTS. Offers very good protection against dynamic stresses, oxidation, heat and rubber poisons. The staining effects range from medium to relatively weak.

4.- BONDING AGENTS. These products are used for three-component bonding systems, which give very stable bonds between rubber and fabrics or metals.

5.- ACTIVATORS. These products are highly effective vulcanization activators. As the loading is increased, the activity of vulcanization system and the degree of crosslinking are increased. Also used as light-colored reinforcing fillers.

6.- ANTIOZONANTS

Products that protect the rubber from the ozone attack.

7.- PLASTICIZERS

These plasticizers all improve the low temperature flexibility and resilience
of the vulcanizates. We count with an excellent line of special plasticizers for difficult applications, such for: high temperatures, low temperatures, low migration, medical applications, etc.

8.- FATTY ACIDS

For the rubber process, we have a special line of fatty acids, like the stearic acid in different degrees and for different uses.

9.- OILS FOR PROCESSES

In a complete line of oils, we distribute naftenic oils, parafinic oils and aromatic oils.

10.- SULPHUR

There are different types of sulphur, which are the appropiates for each final use.

11.- RUBBER LUBRICANTS

- Formed Hose Lubs. Products formulated for use as anti-stick, coating and parting agents in the rubber industries. They provides corrosion inhibition and reserves alkalinity. Excellent water rinse-ability. Available in liquid and solid form.

- Natural Lubes. Poliyfunctional fluid release agents for use n rubber hose. This products eliminate cross-linking build up caused by peroxide cure rubber. Biodegradable non-toxic organisms. 100% soluble for ease of rinsing. Available in liquid and solid form.

- Lubes for ease of release on rubber slabs, sheets, extrusion and performs. Fast dying, non-greasy and transparent. Biodegradable stable and non foaming in nature. This lubes will not affect physical properties of rubber compounds.

- Belt Lubes. These products are an emulsion of reactive polymer for release in the curing process. Slip and anti-map additive for inks and coatings. Water soluble; non-toxic; available in silicon and non-silicon based materials.

- Assembly Lubes. Are designed for ease of assembling parts on non-stick coatings for hubs on roll up packaging and metal to rubber applications. Safe for plastics, rubber, metal and ceramics.

- Lubes for Mold Release. These products are offered in an external and internal applications. Fast drying at room temperature. No transferred to molded parts. Friendly to synthetic polymer resins. In poltrusion have fast cycles and ease mold release; reduce rejection rate and eliminate stress and flow marks.
