PLASTICS INDUSTRY

1.- CHEMICAL BLOWING AGENTS

We count with a great variety of blowing agents which are used in a wide range of customized applications. End use resin applications include rigid and flexible PVC, including plastisols, styrenic rubber foams, ABS, PC and other foamable resin systems. Products applications include pipes, window profiles, flooring, gasketing, insulation materials, matting, woodfiber/plastics composites for decking, etc.

2.- PLASTICIZERS

Special line of plasticizers, produced by BAYER, perfect substance whenever a combination of high chemical and mechanical strength is required. Freshly produced goods made from plasticized PVC can be painted and printed over a longer period of time. The product is used in the toys industry, PVC flooring, synthetic leather, a diverse range of sealing work for construction, padding pools, adhesive and sealing systems, in rubber technology, etc.

3.- FLAME RETARDANTS

Additives with a great application including PVC, ABS, foams, styrenics rubbers, plastics and other polymers for flame retardance and low smoke generation.

4.- ANTIOXIDANTS

These polymer additives increases the useful life of the plastic, keeping its resistance to the oxygen effects, at different temperatures, avoiding scratching and a yellowing color caused by the oxidation.

5.- UV STABILIZERS

These additives filter selectively UV radiation, without affecting the visible range of light, absorbing the energy that may cause the plastic to get burned, lose strength and color or its basic properties of fabrication.

6.- ADHESIVES

The adhesives distributed are monocomponent adhesives without solvents, which improve the bonding of the plastisols coverings of PVC on synthetic substrates of polyester fibers, poliamide or aramide.

7.- WETTING AND DISPERSING ADDITIVES

Polymeric wetting and dispersing additives for solvent based coatings. Especially recommended for direct grind with binder and binder- containing pigment concentrates. Improve colour strength, pigment stabilization and rehological properties.

8.- FLOW AND SLIP ADDITIVE

Universal flow and slip additive. Despite maximum effectiveness, very good recoatability and thus suitable for primers and top coats. Solvent free, and scratch resistant.

9.- POLYURETHANE COATINGS FOR TEXTILES AND FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATES

Many different types of polyurethane coatings are applied to fabrics and synthetic leather to increase the abrasion resistance and durability, provide hydrostatic resistance (durable to washing and cleaning), with or without breathability, soft hand touch and can give a glossy or dull surface.
