Los agentes de acoplamiento son puentes entre rellenos inorgánicos y polímeros orgánicos, donde la carga inorgánica es “hidrofílica” y el polímero orgánico es “hidrofóbico”. Estos agentes mejoran la dispersión de la carga del polímero para una gran variedad de aplicaciones en la industria, para ello se usan los titanatos.
Las aglomeraciones generan vacíos dentro del polímero lo que lo hace más susceptible a fracturas, en cambio utilizando un agente de acoplamiento mejora la dispersión y disminuyen los vacíos, además de que mejora sus propiedades.
La línea de agentes de acoplamiento que tenemos para ofrecerte se pueden aplicar para una gran variedad de materiales, como el PP, PET, PVC, PBT, ABS, HULE, NYLON, Silica, TiO2, BaSO4, Carbon black, entre otros.

Se recomienda mediante Spray + mezclado + curado.
Este no es el único método de aplicación, también existen el método húmedo y por medio de emulsión.
